This limited-time offer showcases the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Jason Lashmar, who has crafted a menu that highlights his passion for authentic products and flavors.
On the blackboard this month, you’ll find three exquisite dishes, each prepared from scratch by the talented team by La Paris Bistro.
- Start with the slow-braised Pork Belly, infused with warm wintery spices and cider, then seared to achieve a crispy finish. This dish is elegantly served with textures of sweet potato, roasted baby vegetables, and crackling, creating a perfect harmony of flavors and textures.
- For a heartwarming option, the Coconut-Based Butternut Soup is a must-try. This velvety soup is enriched with roasted butternut, sugar snap peas, and mushrooms, and finished with pandan oil, onion, and coriander—perfect for warding off the cold.
