Expect fresh fennel sourdough with rich duck fat and smoked balsamic to whet your appetite before tucking into aubergine and chive tortellini. Soft shell crab and ostrich fillet will tantalize you for the main courses and a sweet and tangy granny smith apple blancmange with sweet fynbos honey, praline coral sponge and crispy sage will round the meal off perfectly.
