The monthly Unwined & Dine experience at The President Hotel brings together the best of the Cape’s wine estates and delicious dishes from the hotel’s accomplished Executive Chef, Jacques Swart.
This month, the President Hotel will be teaming up with Cederberg Wine Farm on 17 October from 19:00, for an unforgettable dining experience of live musical entertainment, a chance to meet the winemaker and more – all for only R450 per person.
On arrival guests will be treated to a glass of Cederberg Blanc de Blancs Méthode Cap Classique 2014 while experiencing the sounds of live entertainment in the dining area.

Passion fruit duck prosciutto with fennel praline alongside a hearty parsnip puree.
Grapefruit and pink peppercorn sherbet
Cherry stuffed quail with aurbergine, onions and fine beans enhanced with an aromatic au jus
Spiced panna cotta and forella pear sponge, on a mound cinnamon soil with a saffron ice cream.
