Intermediate Cooking Class: 2-5 September, 13:30-17:00
This course is aimed at foodies and cooks wanting to take their cooking skills to the next level.
What will you learn in this course?
Get the lowdown on advanced tips and kitchen shortcuts, as well as recipes that challenge the use of knife skills, timing, presentation and balancing nutrition. You will work with the chef to test and sample new flavours and get to work with unusual and out of the ordinary ingredients to prepare delicious meals.
Please note: Skill level for this course should be at least 5/10.
Presentation and Plating: 12 September, 18:00-21:30
This course has been designed for people who would like to learn a few tricks of the trade in presentation and plating so that you can present professional looking cuisine at home.
What will you learn in this course?
You will work with chefs who have over 12 years’ experience in restaurant plating – no pressure! Learn about various styles, ingredients and flavour combinations.
Once you’ve completed this interactive demonstration class, you’ll assist in turning standard plates into master creations.
