Goats cheese and beetroot salad (V) – Spiced Goats cheese with roasted pine nuts on slices of baked beetroot with rocket and an orange mustard honey dressing

Bouillabaisse – Mediterranean seafood soup with prawns, line fish and mussels
served with toasted garlic bread

Nicoise Salad – Fresh seared Yellow fin tuna crusted in sesame, fine beans,
small leaves, olives,eggs and potatoes

Roasted Beef Fillet – Gratinated with camembert, fine beans wrapped in crisp bacon,
