This monthly instalment, hosted by Villa 47 always invites a new winemaker to the dinner table at the popular Cape Town restaurant.
The year kicks-off with the family-owned wine estate, Springfield, coming all the way from Robertson Wine Valley. Jenna Bruwer, a 5th Generation family member, will be sharing her Springfield family stories while introducing the carefully selected wines paired with this delicious five course menu prepared by Chef Clayton Bell.
The wine & dine evening will take place on Wednesday, the 20th of February with all guests asked to arrive at 19h00. The five course dinner menu with wine pairing will come to R450 per person.
