Signal’s Wine and Dine dinners are wonderfully informal with all 40 guests sharing a large table – similar to the winemaker extending you a personal invitation to his home. The winemaker hosts the evening while our culinary team places a unique Cape twist on each course, to ensure a perfect pairing of the finest Cape wines.
