Contrary to popular belief, white wines often complement cheese better than red wines but when artfully combined, you can show both white and red wines to best effect with the right cheese. Nederburg will show you how simple and what fun it is to match the perfect wine to balance the flavour, sweetness, softness and texture of the cheese.
