The Master of the Trade Route Culinary Challenge is the perfect opportunity for Capetonians to rediscover the flavours of their city. 27 of the restaurants at the V&A Waterfront have taken up the challenge to create a fusion, winter-style dish that would suit your pocket. To take part in the challenge, visit any of the participating restaurants and order their special fusion dish. After dining, head over to Facebook.com/VandAWaterfront, look out for the competition app in the top bar and give your meal a score. Alternatively, you can complete the entry form at the restaurant.
The prize is pretty amazing! You stand the chance to win double tickets to the gala event on board the SA Aghulus II where the Top 8 restaurants will compete for the crown.
