It will be an unforgettable celebration of festive-food favourites where the star of the menu is undoubtedly the coal-roasted lamb rump, served with caramelized turnip puree, asparagus, Christmas stuffing and dried cherry sauce.

Enjoy a fabulous 6-course festive feast without the fuss at the Blaauwklippen Restaurant for dinner on the 24th and lunch on the 25th of December for only Only R 795 per person.

  • 1st Course: Milk bun stuffed with slow cooked pork, pickled radish and plum sauce.
  • 2nd Course: Christmas spiced roasted roots, smoked creamed feta, served with a burnt honey and thyme dressing and ciabatta lace.
  • 3rd Course: Cured trout and pickled carrot, served with roasted beetroot and horse radish mousse.
  • 4th Course: Coal roasted lamb rump, served with caramelized turnip puree, asparagus, Christmas stuffing and dried cherry sauce.
  • 5th Course: Before & After dark chocolate torte, served with salted honeycomb and milk ice cream.
  • 6th Course: Goats cheese panna cotta, celery granita, dried olive shortbread crumb and baby basil.
