Adara Restaurant Reopens with Culinary Legend Chef Edgar Osojnik

Exciting news for food lovers!

Adara Restaurant is set to reopen its doors for bookings on 25 October 2024, welcoming the legendary Chef Edgar Osojnik to the helm.

Located at the idyllic Adara Palmiet Valley outside Paarl, this scenic spot will once again become a culinary destination, showcasing the very best of farm-to-table dining in the Winelands.

  • Chef Edgar, renowned for his 22-year tenure as chef-patron at Buitenverwachting Restaurant, brings his passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients to Adara’s new menu. His culinary philosophy embraces Mediterranean influences, emphasizing the natural flavors of seasonal produce. The menu will be small but ever-changing, refreshed every three months to reflect the shifting bounty of the Boland.

In addition to the set menu, guests can look forward to a selection of daily specials on the blackboard. From a perfectly crisp Wiener Schnitzel to a hearty Bouillabaisse or rustic pasta casalingua from Piemonte, Chef Edgar’s dishes reflect both tradition and innovation, drawing inspiration from far and wide.

As Adara reopens, it marks the return of one of the Winelands’ culinary legends, offering guests a memorable dining experience in a beautiful off-grid setting. Whether you’re a fan of Mediterranean flavors or simply appreciate well-crafted dishes, this is one dining experience not to miss.

Book your table starting 25 October via Dineplan and get ready to indulge in the flavors of the season.
