Specialising in food and wine pairing, Aubergine boasts a remarkable cellar including carefully selected local and international wines as well as rare older vintages. Sommeliers are at hand to guide your choice and enhance your wine experience.

Lunch is served in the warmer months and each week a new a la carte selection and Chef’s menu are available. Book a private area for your business lunch, or enjoy al fresco dining on those perfect Summer days.

In the evenings, choose between an A la Carte and Degustation Menu with optional wine pairing. An additional array of creative vegetarian dishes ensures that there’s something for everyone. Aubergine’s cuisine emphasises lightness and balance and aims to preserve the natural character of its seasonally sourced produce. Chef’s carefully curated network of suppliers ensures the finest ingredients available, including delicious vegetables and fresh greens from their organic garden.
