Crush Cafe prepares raw, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as fruit smoothies and freshly-squeezed health juices. They also have a great selection of herbal teas, organic coffees, natural cider, micro brew beers and organic wines. Local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products are supported.
During the month of October, they will be hosting two baking workshops that will focus on baking and creating using vegan and gluten-free products. These will be hosted on the 10th and 17th of October hosted on Saturday mornings. Tickets to each workshop will cost R500 for one workshop or R920 if you intend to join both courses.

Join Crush Cafe on this wonderful creative journey, learning the Art of Vegan Baking & Creating. This class will teach you how to develop your creativity to make delicious culinary vegan cakes & desserts that are free of sugar, butter, eggs, milk or any dairy. You will learn how to incorporate creativity and diversity within the sphere of substitutes for vegan baking, giving you the confidence to create more delicious treats.
The Fundamentals of Gluten-Free Baking
This class will introduce you to the art and creativity of baking vegan gluten free. Incorporating the fundamentals of gluten free baking, introducing various flours, binders and mixers. You will learn the fundamentals of combining the various flours and starches for blending.
