On 31 October from 18:30-21:30, Ginger & Lime is hosting an authentic Cape Malay cooking class to remind us of our roots. And tasty ones they are too!
Here’s what you can expect on the menu:
- Learn how to fold and fry your own samosas – cheese & corn
- Cape Malay aromatic chicken curry
- Veg: Butter bean curry with eggplant
- Fish: Marinated in Malay style spices served with savoury rice
