- Served in either the laid-back Magnolia Social Lounge or Bistro, the Petit Fours Plate is paired with your choice of coffee or tea, or an indulgent glass of Ridgeback Mischief. Chef Stefan and his team have curated an assortment that caters to all sweet tooths, featuring delicate delights such as Macaroons, Baked Cheesecake with Cherry Jelly, Chocolate Bonbons and ‘Choux au Craquelin’ with Orange Chocolate Mousse.
To complement the confectionary experience, guests can also enjoy two special craft cocktails, priced at just R55 each throughout the month; Toor Mermaid and Berry Blush.
