We have recently hosted a competition with Samsung to give away one of their incredible Smart Ovens to one lucky winner. These Samsung smart ovens make it easy to prepare a wide range of healthy and tasty food. We were overwhelmed by the response with so many entries to choose from. In the end we could only pick one random winner: The winning recipe – a chocolate espresso mug cake – has been added below! 
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 2 tbsp Nesquik powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- combine dries, mix. combine wets, mix. Add to dries.
- pour into greased mug.
- Microwave for approx. 1.5 mins
