It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.
Grimaldi’s Durban Country Club
A fresh, contemporary take on Italian food that still maintains all the comforts we all love about Italy’s cuisine. The sushi menu is adopted from the much loved sister restaurant; Jack Salmon. At Grimaldi’s they bring the wonders of the Amalfi coastline to your customers doorstep. The Cucina & Sushi Bar is located at the iconic Durban Country Club.
At Grimaldi’s every ingredient is selected for seasonality, freshness and flavour. The menu explores contemporary ways of paying homage to Italy’s timeless flavour profiles, combining a unique personal touch of innovative dishes and classic service.

Halloumi Butternut Stack (V)
Deep-fried halloumi with roast butternut, crispy chickpeas, all topped with a mint infused honey-yoghurt dressing and toasted sesame seeds

Three arborio rice balls stuffed with garlic and mozzarella, crumbed and fried, served with fresh basil and napolitana sauce, dusted with parmesan cheese

Pork Rotolini
Rolled pork belly stuffed with whole grain mustard and fresh garlic, topped with an orange juice, honey and cinnamon reduction, garnished with caramelized apple
