Restaurant Week is back with these Durban restaurant specials!

It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.

Cauliflower Pops
Tender cauliflower florets coated in a light seasoned crumb. Flash fried to a golden brown. Accompanied by a garlic aioli dipping sauce.
Or
Prawn National
Prawn pan-fried in garlic butter, peri-peri spice and beer for flavour. Accompanied with a garlic brushed toasted Ciabatta.
Or
Chicken Livers
Served in a creamy peri-peri and garlic sauce, with a Portuguese roll.
Or
Lupini Calamari
Flash-fried Falklands calamari tubes stuffed with halloumi, feta and cashew nuts. Drizzled with a sweet chilly crème.

MAINS

Rump / Sirloin Sauce Steak
200g succulent aged Rump or Sirloin steak, flamed grilled and served with crispy chips, your sauce of choice and fried onion rings.
Or
Buddha Bowl
Deep dish bowl overflowing with grilled halloumi, avo, chia seeds, exotic tomatoes and brown Basmati rice. Cubed over roasted beetroot and butternut and topped with a boiled egg.
Or
Pesto Pasta
Penne tossed in Basil pesto and topped with Parmesan shavings. For a non-veg option, add bacon.
Or
Deboned Chicken
Marinated half chicken deboned and flame grilled. Served on a bed of crispy chips and drizzled with a lemon butter sauce, flavoured with garlic and hint of chilli.
Or
Baby Kingklip with Mango Salsa
Pan-seared baby Kingklip, paired with a zesty mango salsa, made with juicy mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice.

Chocolate Brownie
Warm chocolate brownie, smothered with smooth velvety dark chocolate sauce and served with ice-cream.

Fresh Fruit Pavlova
A crispy meringue base smother in whipped cream and loaded with an assortment of juice fresh fruit.

Ice Cream & Bar-One Sauce
3 x balls of vanilla ice-cream, topped with Bar-One sauce and crushed, mixed nuts.

Irish Coffee / Dom Pedro
Hot coffee with Irish whiskey, sugar, and whipped cream, perfect for a cozy and comforting drink.
