In collaboration with the renowned Myles Buxton, the restaurant is hosting its debut Blind Food & Wine Pairing, a one-of-a-kind experience for food and wine enthusiasts.
The evening promises a sophisticated selection of dishes paired with exquisite wines from the prestigious Vergelegen Wine Estate. Attendees will be treated to a menu showcasing the finest culinary creations, including:
- Sushi Platter for One: An artful assortment featuring salmon nigiri (2), tempura roses (4), and California rocket rolls (4).
- Grilled Norwegian Salmon: Perfectly cooked and garnished with broccolini, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and a zesty lemon butter sauce.
- 28-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye (200g): Charcoal-grilled to perfection and accompanied by a choice of fries, salad, rice, or mashed potato.
Each dish will be complemented by a curated selection of Vergelegen wines, with the pairing details remaining a delightful surprise.
The event begins at 6:30 PM for 7:00 PM, with tickets priced at R350 per person.
