La Parada and Vinologist are hosting an exclusive Tapas & Tannins event!
The event will feature a 5-course wine and dinner pairing experience for R450 per person on 20 April.
The menu for the event is carefully curated to provide guests with a unique dining experience.
- The welcome canapé is a delicious Bruschetta with Duck & Cream Cheese paired with Vinologist’s Swartland Dry Rosé. The first course is a Tempura Prawn Sushi that is paired with Vinologist’s Swartland Chenin Blanc. The second course is a Seafood Risotto Deconstructed, paired with Vinologist’s Cape Town Sauvignon Blanc. The third course is a Lamb Rib Spring Roll served with a Chilli mayonnaise, paired with Vinologist’s Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. Lastly, the fourth course is a decadent Chocolate Popcorn Smores dessert paired with Vinologist’s Swartland Syrah.
