Valentine’s Picnic at the River (R650 pp): Share a basket brimming with delicacies including cheeses and preserves, hot-smoked salmon and baby-potato salad, roast beef, duck terrine and roast chicken breast served with a variety of pickles, dressings, breads and crackers. There’s also a selection of dainty desserts and a bottle of Simonsig wine.
Valentine’s Dinner at the Square (R495 pp): Your five-course celebration starts with a tempura oyster amuse-bouche. For your starter, opt for a seductive fig tart or beetroot-and-gin-cured trout with passionfruit dressing. The palate cleanser is pink gin and lavender sorbet. Choose between tenderloin of lamb and tuna wellington… Then share a platter of delectable mini desserts.
