Embrace the allure of Cabernet Sauvignon as you join in a gastronomic journey featuring an array of small plates, each impeccably paired with eight distinct Cabernet Sauvignon wines hailing from the four renowned wards of the Cabernet Collective: Stellenbosch, Banhoek/Jonkershoek, Bottelary, and Simonsberg.
The evenings themselves are a testament to diversity and expertise. Each event will feature a roster of different winemakers representing the four respective wards, sharing their insights and stories behind the wines.
- On August 30th, expect Anri Truter from Beyerskloof, Bertho vd Westhuizen from Alto, Bertus Basson from Mooiplaas, and Rudger van Wyk from Stark Conde to engage and enchant.
- On September 6th, Bertho vd Westhuizen from Alto will be joined by Danie Steytler from Kaapzicht, Leander Koekemoer from Ernie Els, and Stefan Reinmuth from Oldenburg. Hattingh de Villiers or Rijk Melck from Muratie will also contribute their expertise.
