The Boerie has legitimately landed! The boerie is cooked in the traditional South African way, by steaming it first, locking in all the juices and then browning it on the grill. There are five different boeries available (traditional, lamb, chicken, beef & ostrich) while white, wholegrain & rye rolls can be chosen. Now Gourmet Boerie have introduced a special fit for winter: 7 Boerie Sliders + 2 Beeries (300ml, Craft or SAB) + 1 Large Shoestring Chips + 1 Mini Dessert Platter for 110bucks.
