It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.
Chaplin’s Grill
Chaplin’s found its roots in Melville since 1980 and Rainold Petersen who moved to Hurlingham in 2012, changed the name to Chaplin’s Grill in tribute to his legendary Melville-based bistro – a gem amidst the fine dining establishments of Joburg in the 80′ & 90′s. At Chaplin’s Grill Rainold revives, within a contemporary dining context, his passion for delivering a superior product of Food, Wine, Beer and exemplary service with a trademark hands-on approach.
How to book?
From 30 September – 30 October, Chaplin’s Grill will serve you a 2-course lunch menu (R245) and 3-course dinner menu (R345), using only seasonal fresh ingredients to give you a real taste of Spring.
