Every month Choo Choo Junction is travelling to a new country with their guests by offering a taste destination menu. Explore the world one bite at a time as you discover new flavours and textures that you are not used to.

This time, we’re heading to Spain, more specifically Minorca.
Spain is known for their incredible tapas. Expect beautiful dishes such as cold tomato soup, mussels fried in garlic, roast pork belly, grilled chicken skewers, and much much more.
