La Paris Estate, nestled in the heart of the Winelands, is delighted to announce the return of its Al Fresco Family-Style Sunday Lunches.
Following the success of their Christmas Al Fresco Lunch, the estate has decided to make this cherished tradition a regular Sunday event throughout the summer.
Every Sunday at 12:00, guests are invited to enjoy a relaxed, outdoor dining experience under the shade of ancient oaks.
- The family-style menu features a selection of seasonal dishes, thoughtfully prepared to showcase the estate’s farm-to-table philosophy. The menu includes a fresh heirloom tomato salad with compressed watermelon, sherry and parsley vinaigrette, shaved red onion, and bokkom; followed by a choice of mains such as pepper-crusted beef fillet with red wine jus, buttered pomme purée, black mushroom with spinach and feta, or salmon on creamy prawn, spinach, and wild mushroom gnocchi. Dessert is a chef’s signature lemon and lime leaf meringue.
In addition to the delectable food, La Paris Estate offers lawn games and fun activities to keep everyone entertained. It’s the perfect way to slow down, relax, and make the most of your Sunday with great food and even better company.
To ensure a seamless experience, bookings are essential. Reservations must be made by Thursday at 12:00, with a R250 deposit to secure your spot. The cost is R700 per person, which includes the family-style meal. For families with children, a special kids’ menu is available at R250 per child, featuring options like chicken burgers, mac and cheese, or cheese and tomato flatbread, followed by a chocolate brownie and ice cream.
