Raised in a food-loving family (with a Swiss confectioner dad and a powerhouse South African mom), Michelle took her taste buds on a world tour—working as a private chef on luxury yachts from Europe to the Caribbean. Along the way, she fell head over heels for a good Bloody Mary, especially at Sunday brunch.
Fast forward to Cape Town, where she found the local mixes lacking the oomph she loved. So, like any passionate foodie, she got to work—crafting her own. Mamba Mary was born: punchy, balanced, and bursting with globe-trotting flavour.
