This August, Durbanville Hills invites wine enthusiasts to a special tasting event celebrating their acclaimed Collectors Reserve wines.
On the evenings of August 14th and 15th, 2024, guests will have the opportunity to explore the unique characteristics of these seven exceptional wines, each crafted from the finest grapes of special vineyard pockets and connected to iconic Cape Town landmarks.
Priced at R575 per person, this event promises an evening of exquisite flavors and engaging stories. The event runs from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, with bookings essential.
- The experience begins with an intimate tasting session guided by Durbanville Hills’ winemaking and cellar teams. In small groups, guests will be taken through four distinct taste experiences, each accompanied by expertly paired canapés. The winemakers will share captivating stories about the terroir and varietals that make each wine in the Collectors Reserve truly unique.
- Following the tasting, guests will move to The Tangram restaurant for a three-course meal designed by Chef Tamzyn Ehlers and her team. Each course is carefully paired with selections from the Collectors Reserve, offering a culinary journey that perfectly complements the wines.
