- The evening kicks off with a delightful Steak Tartare, accompanied by mange tout, pickled mustard seeds, and sourdough Melba.
- For the next course, savour the luxurious Champagne Vichyssoise, served with bocconcini nuggets and spicy herb oil.
- The main course offers two indulgent choices: Duck au Vin, featuring gratin potatoes, pork lardons, and shiitake mushrooms, or Sole Meunière, perfectly paired with Parmesan duchess potatoes, asparagus, and a white wine sauce.
