On 27 April 2025, the 12 Apostles Hotel invites food and wine lovers to a Wine & Dine afternoon that blends flavour, charm, and a little bit of vineyard magic — courtesy of Contreberg Wine Farm.
From 13h00 to 16h00, guests will join Eleanor and Mike Pretorius, the passionate duo behind Contreberg, for an experience that brings their Darling-based farm to life.
- With a story rooted in love for the land, wine, and people, Contreberg is more than just a vineyard — it’s a family dream bottled up and ready to pour. The afternoon kicks off with a live wine bottling demo, giving guests a rare behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process. Then, settle in for a five-course culinary journey, each dish expertly paired with Contreberg’s award-winning wines. Expect bold flavours, thoughtful pairings, and that feeling of “I never want this meal to end.”
