Six Changemakers, One Mission: Driving Real Impact Where It Matters Most

JiVE is proud to introduce the Six Community Leaders, a group of passionate changemakers dedicated to uplifting their communities and making a real difference in the lives of those around them.

These individuals have been selected for their commitment to addressing social challenges, supporting critical causes, and driving positive change where it’s needed most.

Each leader represents a different community and is actively involved in initiatives that provide support, relief, and hope to those in need. Whether it’s caring for vulnerable children, supporting victims of abuse, or providing education and resources, these leaders are taking action to create a better future.

Meet the Community Leaders and Their Causes:

  1. Cleo Arnoldus (Lavender Hill) – Dews of Quietness
Supporting Dews of Quietness, a vital organisation founded in 2012 to assist victims of violence, abuse, and trauma. The organisation provides relief and secure shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence and substance abuse.
  2. Khanyisa Zali (Zonnebloem) – Stepping Stones Children’s Centre
Partnering with Stepping Stones Children’s Centre, an early childhood development centre in Cape Town that provides nurturing education and care for children aged 3 to 6, helping them reach their full potential in an inclusive and supportive environment.
  3. Zusakhe Mndaweni (Kraaifontein) – Bright Stars Safe Home
