This Week Only: New Chef’s Blackboard Lunches at La Paris Bistro

La Paris invites you to savor their new Chef’s Blackboard Lunches, running until 1 September.

This exclusive menu features three distinct dishes, each a celebration of bold flavors and culinary artistry.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Kick off your meal with the Prawn & Avo, a vibrant dish featuring flash-fried prawns tossed in a house-made spicy mayo. Accompanied by pickled cucumber, avocado, chili and peanut crunch, spring onion, and coriander, this starter is a delightful burst of flavors.
  • Next, the Cape Malay Catch of the Day, showcasing Cape Bream prepared with a Cape Malay-inspired twist. This dish is served on a bed of orange and tamarind quinoa, flavoured with tempered spices, toasted cashew nuts, dates, cured red onion, and grapefruit. It’s all enveloped in a rich, coconut-based Cape Malay curry sauce.
  • The Pulled Balsamic Lamb rounds out the offerings with its succulent, slow-cooked lamb, offering a tantalizing mix of sweet and tangy balsamic flavors.
