Hans Hauslaib, the chef at Raith Gourmet Gardens, has been cooking up a storm providing customers with authentic German cuisine. The successful concept of a German Butchery Shop and Deli has been in The Gardens Center since the 1970s and was taken over by the Raith family in 1989. Forging a local customer base and feeding hungry visitors. Come through for some lunch and see what we are all about below is just a short preview of what you can expect.
You can also find a Raith Gourmet Deli in Constantia. Their traditional “Bavarian Weisswurst” served with a Bezel and Sweet Mustard is a great breakfast treat for only R 50.00. This dish is only served weekends though.
