On Saturday, June 1st at 7 PM, guests are invited to join an exquisite four-course dinner, expertly paired with a selection of award-winning wines from Rainbow’s End, including one of South Africa’s top-rated Cabernet Francs.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Guests will be greeted with a welcome drink featuring the crisp and refreshing Cabernet Franc Blanc de Noir 2023, setting the tone for the evening.
  • The amuse bouche will delight the palate with confit duck spring rolls accompanied by a zesty coriander and ginger dipping sauce, paired with the vibrant Mystical Corner 2022.
  • For the starter, attendees can choose between oxtail tortellini or a red bean and roasted garlic tortellini, both complemented by charred aubergine puree, Napolitana sauce, Parmesan wafer, and truffle foam, all enhanced by the rich notes of Merlot 2020.
  • The main course offers a choice between braised pork belly and marinated tofu, each served with cauliflower puree, crumbed potato pave, and baby charred onions, enriched with an apple and ginger puree, perfectly matched with Cabernet Franc 2021.
  • Concluding the culinary journey, dessert features a decadent coffee and dark chocolate crème brûlée with peanut and white chocolate biscotti, paired with the luscious Muscadel 2017.
