Following the success of the previous event, this culinary journey will return on 17 September 2024 at 18:30, offering an exclusive five-course menu paired with the finest Vrede en Lust wines for just R500 per person.
What’s on the Menu?
- Prepare for an evening of indulgence, starting with an Amuse Bouche of Salmon, Tuna, and Cucumber Mosaic Maki, beautifully paired with Anni Sauvignon Blanc.
- Next up, savor the Biltong & Blue Cheese Cream Soup with Garlic Sourdough, complemented by the rich Ella Red Blend. For the starter, a Deconstructed Recco con Pollo awaits—grilled chicken fillet with a curry-infused creamy Napolitana sauce, paired with the refreshing White Mischief blend.
- The main course is a showstopper—Mushroom and Mustard Fillet served on Mirepoix Paysanne with Pomme William, perfectly paired with the bold Lady J Syrah.
- Finish your evening with a decadent Pumpkin Spice Crème Brule and Pumpkin Meringue Tarts, served alongside Early Mist Riesling.
