Wine & Dine: Experience the Botanical Feast at La Petite Ferme

La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek invites guests to indulge in an exclusive Chef’s Table evening that promises a unique culinary adventure.

On 6th March, Chef Lance Peters will present “Botanical Feast,” a multi-course menu inspired by the vibrant and refreshing flavours of nature.

With a focus on seasonal ingredients and indigenous botanicals, this immersive dining experience celebrates creativity and connection.

  • The evening begins with mosbolletjies served with truffle-smoked butter, setting the stage for a series of carefully curated dishes. Highlights include smoked pork tenderloin with buchu sauce, refreshing wild garlic and moss sorbet, and kapokbos beef cheek paired with mpepho dombolo and curry leaf chutney. The meal culminates with a coconut and white chocolate crème dessert, complemented by a raspberry and fynbos consommé.

Held in the intimate setting of the private dining room, this event offers guests the opportunity to connect over shared plates and explore bold, earthy flavours. Limited to just ten guests, this is a rare chance to experience the artistry behind each dish. The Botanical Feast is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of local ingredients and a deep appreciation for nature’s bounty. Reserve your spot for R1650 per person, with an optional wine pairing for R400.
